Yesterday I got my green tinted prescription spectacles in the mail. They're kind of wonky because I measured the pupil distance by myself, but they are still wearable. On saturday I went to see the new Greg Araki movie, Mysterious Skin. I'm not sure if I particularly liked it, though I certainly liked parts of it, not least the early 90's shoegazing soundtrack.

Friday I went to see the Lay-Z-Boyz and Curses and Kisses play at Filmmakers, both of which were fabulous. It was part of a feminist film festival I didn't stay for, as feminist film festivals and I don't get along.
